Description:
The Lexington Park Volunteer Rescue Squad has
taken delivery of this Lifeline Type III
ambulance that was remounted by Lifeline
Emergency Vehicles of Sumner, Iowa. This
unit now rides on a 2009 Ford E-450 chassis that
will greatly extend the service life of the
module while saving the LPVRS thousands of
dollars when compared to the cost of a new
ambulance. Both the chassis and body were
outfitted with all new LED warning lights from
Whelen including a front lightbar and rear
Traffic Advisor. Lifeline also installed a
Zico OTS electric oxygen lift, Eagle Eye Systems
backup camera, replaced the entire electrical
system, repainted the body, and applied new
graphics.
